SnapWidget

This is one of the most useful statistics and management sites for instagram. It is full of features and every statistic imaginable. Including a newly added feature to track lost followers, and unfollow them right from the website. Its pretty amazing what they have done.

Instaport

Instaport is a simple way to export or backup all your Instagram photos by downloading a single zip file.You can then use it in combination with Google+, Facebook or any other (photo) application.

Instadesk is a Mac OS X application available in the Mac App store that has loads of features including: slideshow creation, fasttrack liking (like images in record time), creation of favorite friends lists (keep track of your closest friends activity), notifications, album creation, and download and share fucnction, plus much more… $4.99

One of my personal favorites, Squaready. Its a free app for the iPhone that lets you crop photos into the square shape of instagram, now your vertical and widescreen pics will fit neatly with a white background that matches the instagram feed, or choose any color you want. 

They have just released a PRO version that is $0.99 and is ad free with new features
